Sunwarrior.com Return Policy?
Sunwarrior.com has a Standard Return Policy that allows customers to return their purchases within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. If a product is offered with free shipping, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund if the product is returned. All returned orders must be pre-authorized by Sunwarrior. To return an item, customers need to email support@sunwarrior.com and include their original order number, the product(s) they are returning, their name, and their telephone number.
As for the Shipping Policy, Sunwarrior offers free shipping on U.S. shipped orders. Free U.P.S. Home Delivery is available on U.S.A. orders $70 or more, after discounts and rewards points. This excludes U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. For orders below $70, a flat shipping rate of $5.95 applies. Flat rate shipping of $25 applies to Hawaii and Alaska, and a flat rate of $35 applies to U.S. Territories. Sunwarrior ships orders using FEDEX and UPS Shipping Services. Most orders ship out within two business days from when the order is placed, and transit time varies between 2-5 days. Deliveries occur 7-days a week. Sunwarrior is not liable for delivery errors or any lost, held, or damaged packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Addresses cannot be updated or changed after the order has been submitted. Sunwarrior does not guarantee delivery to PO Boxes and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the carrier establishes proof of delivery. A claim must be submitted to the carrier and reported to local authorities. Rewards Points do not apply to shipping fees and/or tax. All orders with a 'Fulfilled' status will be considered a final sale 6 months from the fulfillment date. Most shipping carriers do not store tracking information past 6 months, and recommend printing delivery confirmation for personal records. All changes to subscription orders (flavor change, cancellation, etc.) need to be made at least three (3) business days prior to the subscription processing date.
